OVERVIEW

Introduction:

YCZG HZS180 concrete batching plant is equipped with imported SICOMA concrete mixer, PLD4800 batching machine, conveying system and weighting system,etc. Air dynamic division weighing in batcher improves aggregates weighing efficiency. Stable pneumatic system electrical sensor & aluminum alloy butterfly valve ensure weighing system work accurately. Monitor is optional to install in SCHNEIDER & SIMENS components in PLC+PC control system.

Technical Specifications

1. This drawing is only for installing HZS120 concrete batching plant: specifications are just dimensions of different foundations and relationships among them, actual construction process should be guided by professional civil engineers; 2. Pour C30 concrete after laying a solid foundation, put steel mesh. Please reinforce foundation according to local soil texture; 3. Base plates’ dimension under support legs of main station: 20×800×800; weld four Ф30×1300 anchor bolts under each base plate; length of hook head: 100, four pieces in total; 4. Base plates’ dimension of support legs of inclined belt conveyor: 12×500×500; weld four Ф16×700 anchor bolts under each base plate, length of hook head: 100, ten pieces in total; 5. Ten base plates’ dimension under support legs of batcher: 16×350×700, weld four Ф16×700 anchor bolts under each base plate, length of hook head: 100; Two base plates’ dimension are 16×350×900, weld four Ф25×1300 anchor bolts under each base plate, length of hook head: 100; 6. Match two Ф273 and two Ф325 screw conveyors all at an angle of 30°, length: 9000; 7. Deploy four cement silos with each capacity in 200T, their discharging height : 7350; 8. Engineering drawings of installing cement silos is in one attached drawing ; 9. Considering the height of the plant, suggest users to set lightning protection facilities on main station and cement silos. 10. Considering installed form of HZS120, suggest users to adopt drainage equipment; 11. Actual foundation construction should be guided by professional civil engineers. Keep the construction site clean after working; 12.
